Septic Resources and Information

The following documents and information are provided as resources to Homeowners to provide visibility and education regarding the Peaks Village Common Septic System.

Pumping and Cleaning Information
This document provides status and visibility for each lot on what septic equipment is installed on their lot and the dates of pumping and cleaning of tanks and filters.
Homeowner Education Package
This package was compiled by the HOA Septic Committee to provide Education and Information on Best Practices for maintaining Septic Systems.
Be Kind to our Septic System Signs
This helpful "Tip" sign was created by the HOA Septic Committee as a resource that can be downloaded by Homeowners and posted or framed and placed in their Homes to help remind guests and family members on things to do to help prevent damage to Septic Systems. There are two signs available; 1) Posting in Kitchen areas, 2) Posting in Bathroom areas. Both signs are available in 3x5 or 4x6.
Renter Information Package
This package was created by the HOA Septic Committee and is intended for Homeowners that rent their homes to include in their Rental contracts and to include as part of their Home Information book. Septic experts say they find the most negligence to the Septic System in homes that rent. Educating our renters is an important step in maintaining an operational system.
